Hello. So I've successfully set up my kwikset lock a while back with incontrolha. After a move and some time going by I built a new pc with Axial and am setting up again. I've followed the lock setup quide instructions (https://incontrolha.uservoice.com/knowledgebase/articles/236587-lock-setup) and evey time I add the device I get a "device not added message".
Really at a loss at this point and wondering if it is something dumb I'm missing. I have an older Aeon lab usb stick zwave. Any advice appreciated. Thanks!
