Hi all, i finaly got my old phone wall mounted to be able to control my security system. I use some old Galaxy Nexus phones and a 3D printed case.

I take it that you used the phone wiring to supply the power to the phone and the other end has a AC adapter on it?

Actually I used the existing wire from an old security system panel. I hooked in a 12v power supply at the source and used two wires for each lead. At the phone I soldered in a 5v USB voltage reducer and a low profile right angle micro USB to plug the phone in. So far it's worked great!
