My 2GIG Thermostat works great until I try and use the IC-3 Server in beta mode. I've tried every combination possible of removing and adding the device on my Z-Stick, uninstalling/re-installing the SW including the database and data files, installing new drivers and firmware for the Z-Stick, etc. and nothing can make that thermostat work in beta. I can switch the mode between beta and non-beta (Tools/Options/Z-Wave Controller/Use Beta) and see the thermostat either NOT work (beta) or work (non-beta) as I do so. By "work" I mean I can see and control the temperature in the IC-3 server GUI. I need beta for my Schlage deadbolt lock, which doesn't work great in beta (no remote code control) but doesn't even show up as an entry control device in non-beta. I was hoping to use these devices to manage my rental property so I really need both to work to their advertised capabilities in IC Server. Otherwise I'll be forced to find a controller software solution elsewhere. Something I really don't want to do after investing so much time and money into IC.

To make sure I understand... when in non-beta mode, you are able to set and control the thermostat values, but when you switch to beta, you still see the device, but aren't able to communicate with it?

Is your 2GIG battery powered? Could you switch to beta mode then email a log file to support [at] moonlitzwave.com?
