I just installed a Aeon Labs Energy Reader InControl can see the device but it is not reporting any power usage.

I have it set as a "Energy Monitor" and I have version 3.20.4933.23077 installed.

Any Ideas?

You'll need to configure it to report values back to InControl. Try the auto-configure feature, or you can look at the configuration parameters if you want to customize it to your needs.

Hi ,
I have the same problem with Aeon HEM. When I want to auto configure it, I got a message that controller does not support auto-configuration. After replacing xml config file in config/aeon_lab folder still can not see reading.
Could you please how to fix this problem?

You need to switch to the z-wave beta controller found in tools/options/zwave controller. After that you should be able to auto-configure.
