In the RulesData for Trigger "Randomly" I cannot edit the Minimum Minutes or Max Minutes. When I checked the log file I see a the following error message:

DV: About to parse value of :1 for DataName:Minimum Minutes
DV: Bad Parse!
DV: About to parse value of :2 for DataName:Max Minutes
DV: Bad Parse!

Im running the latest version of Incontrol 3.7 on windows xp service pack 3.

Also, when I select Pluging >> Manage Plugins it does nothing.

Any ideas on how i can fix this problem?

What values are you entering for the max and min minutes? They should be just numbers and no text (including spaces). Do the values save (i.e, can you close and reopen and see them still?)

Which edition of InControl are you on? Only Standard and Pro have access to plugins - could that be the problem?

I am using the PRO edition. I only see where there is a description that reads "This is the least amount of time (in minutes) the timer waits before triggering" , I dont see an area where I can enter any amount. This goes for the Minimum Minutes and Max Minutes.

This looks like something we need to fix on our end. I created a Trello card to track it.
