The computer software says it's connected but the IOS app isn't pulling any data even though it says it logged in succesfully.

I even uninstalled the IOS app and reinstalled it. Now I have no devices.

No, it's working fine. Have you verified that both the PC and the iOS app are logging in using the same user/pwd? You might re-connect them both to be sure. When you hit refresh in the iOS app, what do you see?

OK.. this is odd. I rebooted my computer and now everything is gone. Running a repair to see if everything comes back. Where is the DB stored? I want to make sure the file is still there.

It's located in %ProgramData%\zwave (type that into a start/run dialog to get there).

Does your InControl show as offline by chance?

Repair brought everything back. What was odd is that before I did the repair, I also had to activate again. Very stange. I still can't control my virtual switches from the IOS device. Is there a way to roll back to a previous version of the app without loosing my settings? I am finding 3.48 very buggy.

You can downgrade anytime. Your best bet is to report the bugs though and let us get a fix in for them. We hadn't heard about the virtual device problem yet, so until someone like you reports it, it'll never get fixed.

What kind of repair did you do? Do you mean you ran the installer again and picked the repair option? It's strange you had to activate again - could it be your database file or some other files got corrupted on your disk?
