I need some help setting up a complicated scene with outdoor lights.
For this scene, I have:
- Three outdoor lights (Porch, Garage, Barn)
- Three motion sensors (also Porch, Garage, Barn)
Also, as a "courtesy lighting scene", I have:
- A scene to turn Porch lights ON at Dusk -20 minutes.
- Another scene to turn Porch lights OFF at 0-10 minutes after 21:15.
What I would like to do is this:
- When motion is detected on any of the three motion sensors, turn ON all three lights.
- When the motion timeout is finished (Aeon Labs 4-in-1 sensor is set for four minutes), turn OFF the three lights.
Caveats:
- I only want to turn ON/OFF the Porch light if the Motion detected scene/event turned it on, and NOT if it is within the "courtesy lighting" timeframe.
- I only want to trigger this between Dusk/Dawn.
Previously in HomeSeer, I used a "virtual device" that I turned on/off with the "courtesy lighting" so I could check that device to control the motion script and if it would turn on/off the Porch lights.
Any suggestions/guidance? Is there a way to create a "virtual device" in IC-HA?
