I have 2 thermostats on my network now and just tried to add a third. no luck. doesn't appear the thermostat is sending the signal to the controller but i wanted to double check here before i raise issue with the supplier of the thermostat. i also have issues with a second deadbolt that i have tried to add with no luck. i have 10 total devices now, but had only 5 when i had problems with the deadbolt. any suggestions, comments or advice.
thanks

(i am running IC Pro after upgrading from the free version.)

There are not any device limits in the Pro edition. Is your usb stick/master controller within a few inches of the device when you add it? If you have an Aeon Labs USB stick, have you tried to add the t-stat using both InControl and the USB stick's push button?

Sometimes it also helps to use your master controller to send a "remove" to the device first, as that'll generally reset it and allow you to re-add.

i do have a Aeon stick and i have tried both in and out of the computer but no effect. i also deleted the device and tried to add it but no luck. when i try to add the thermostat i do not see the light on the stick change its blink pattern as it usually does when i add a device. this is what makes me think the thermostat is not sending a signal? true or false?
thanks

It sounds like you are correct in that the t-stat is not responding. It may be a setting problem with it, so your best bet is to contact the manufacture for further support.
