I recently had to start my IC setup from scratch due to my son ripping my Z stick in half. When I got a new Z stick I followed the guide for starting over with IC. I went around excluded my devices and then added all of my lights back. Now I have my lights in IC but when the lights are on they do not show as on in IC. The lights will turn on but on IC after a few seconds it shows off. Any Ideas? Should I just try to start over again?

Is this for every single light? Do you have control of lights from InControl and is it consistent -- meaning it never fails to turn on or off? Do you have polling turned on?

So I think I have this resolved. I thought I had control of all my devices and they were just not showing a status.Then I noticed one switch was not responding and it turned out to be a 4 way switch. I noticed that even the add-on switches were not responding to me manually controlling them. I remembered that I had read on the forums to try killing the main power so I did that and everything started to work. I still got some errors from that device so I used zen tools to remove any failed devices and things are working great now.
