Disappearing devices

Is there any reason that a large portion of my devices would just vanish? I would say about 1/2 of them just all of a sudden are no longer listed.

I assume this was after an update to 3.10?

Does it say you are using the "Free" version? I'd guess that you need to either activate your software, or if you've done that already, that you need to make sure your maintenance/updates haven't expired. If they have expired, you'll need to downgrade to 2.225 or renew your updates.

This actually happened before I upgraded. Maybe a week or so ago, but I have been too busy to look into it.

It does say free version, but I just payed for lifetime standard updates, and reactivated it. That didn't fix it, but it didn't complain either.

Now with the new version, It tells me that the registration code I just got 6 days ago when I paid for lifetime updates is for an older version. I also tried importing the license file, and it tells me that it has expired.

Be sure to use the original code and not the code you got with the lifetime update purchase. The original code would be tied back to the order when you first purchased InControl Pro or Standard.

If the original code isn't working, please send me a PM with your order number for both the original purchase and for your lifetime update purchase.

It has no use... if I could get my store software to stop sending it I would, but there's no option in the software :(
