Ever since I upgraded to the 3.7x pro version I noticed that I cannot turn on/off anything from phone. I finally got a moment to try this out on the local client and none of the devices are responding.
what's next best step?
I figure uninstall/reinstall
but did you want any data gathered first?

Reboot might be a good first step, though you've likely done that.
Look at your logfile.txt and see if it's giving you any messages that might point at the problem. I think the most likely problem is that it's not connecting to your USB stick. Can you send me that logfile to support at moonlitzwave.com?
