Using ControlThink Stick and InControl V. 3.62

If a device is turned on and unplugged, InControl still shows that its turned on. Logs shows that its failing to poll from device id.

It is said that you should enable beta z-wave option. However, once i enable this option, ControlThink stick stops functioning. When i try to reconfigure the stick, while beta zwave option is enabled, InControl fails to find the stick.

Help is appreciated.

Can you give an example of what type of device is unplugged? Are you using a plugin module of some sort and when you remove it from the wall you expect it to show offline?

As for the ControlThink stick, you'll need to leave the "beta" option off. The ControlThink is a somewhat outdated device (Leviton discontinued support of it) - because it has an older zwave library, it doesn't work with some of the newer features that the beta controller uses.

devices such as wall socket and relay.
incontrol logs says unable to poll device.

a friend has Aeon series 2 and incontrol pro v 3.62. incontrol sets the device status to off after 10 failed polls after its unplugged.

do you think I need to change the stick or this feature is only found in pro version of incontrol?
