I have two controllers on my z-wave network and no matter which controller I initially connect the lock to the other controller can't control the lock. Probably because of some kind of security key exchange. Is it possible to allow both controllers to communicate with the lock? Any back door way to get the security keys on both controllers?
You are right, it has to do with the keys that are being used. Do you have access to the key the other controller uses? If so, I could give you a way to make InControl's keys match it.
