I've turned on Smart Routing under properties and cleared the errors. I'll report back if it clears up the issue. Both the problem nodes are GE Fluorescent Light and Appliance Modules model 45603. I have five of these in place and only two are giving me issue.

I see a warning ! icon on almost all of my switches but they still function fine. I'm not sure why they are like that.

Anybody else having polling issues? Using 3.31 on Win7 and latest beta on Android phone. IC showing unsuccessful poll on a couple of light switches but they still respond to scenes. However, they aren't reported properly in Android software. Have tried healing and updating neighborhood nodes in ZenSys Tools.

Are only the devices with poll errors not showing the correct status inside the Android app? Do they show the correct status in the InControl server/console?

The switches with polling errors do not report proper status in either the console or Android app but are working. Other switches are okay.

What's happening is that when a 10 polling errors in a row happen, the device is considered "offline." Can you enable smart polls for the device and see if that clears it up? Also, what brand/device are you seeing these errors on?

It doesn't look like Smart Routing polls has fixed the issue. I guess I will try "replacing failed node" with Zen Sys Tools and re-add the two that are being cranky.

Have those two devices ever been able to poll and show the correct values? For example, say you turn the device on at the wall - did that value used to update and show the device as on inside InControl?

Yes, I'm not sure if it was the 3.27 or the 3.3 IC console update when the problem manifested. Prior to that, they polled and reported correctly.
