1. I have a Intermatic HA07 but already tried erase this controller and nothing changed too.
2. On the main screen where devices appear, I picked one by one and than choose the red button DELETE from the right menu
3. Yes, I went to TOOLS > Z-Wave Commands > ADD Device and it returns this message after I click start "Unable to start command at this time." or it say to move to close to the device, with is impossible.

When I first installed I already have the HA07 running, and after install InControl it detected all my devices automatically. This problem was after I hit the delete button of all devices :(

thank you!

The delete button doesn't remove it from the USB stick, but it will sometimes hide it. Do you see anything in your hidden device list? If you want, you can delete your database and start completely fresh. Here's how:

Assuming Windows 7
- Close InControl and the service (if started by going Offline)
- Click start button, type in %ProgramData%/zwave
- Hit enter and a new window should open up
- Delete all files here
- Restart InControl; you should now be fresh and clean, including all rules, scenes, triggers, etc.

If after restarting and finding your ControlThink you don't see anything, then it could be that you reset your USB somewhere and will need to reprogram it. Since you use an HA07, you'll need to use that HA07 to "Replication your network" to the USB stick. Optionally, you can stop using the HA07 and turn your ControlThink into the master controller and do your add/remove from there.

Have uninstalled/installed and always get the same, no devices are detected. If I try to add them using "tools > zwave > add device" it returns me a message "unable to start command at this time".

Can you put InControl into "offline" mode and then try again?

yes, I already had done this, and nothing changed.

When I uninstall and install again (the incontrol server) it don't ask me again for my software key. After the new install it is already with my "Pro" version and all of my settings are saved, like the cloud information.

thank you

yesterday I did a windows clean install on that pc running InControl and nothing changed. InControl detect my controlthink usb stick but my devices are not detected.

sorry but I don't know what I can do anymore.

I already upgraded the firmware of controlthink usb stick, and it appear "detected" on the setup page of InControl.

I don't know what happened, before I have deleted the devices all was working fine. Sounds like my controlthink usb has banned my devices forever.

Sorry about my english, I hope you can understand me and help me to solve this.

Maybe if I grant you access to that computer via LogMeIn you can see what is happening. Let me know if this is possible.

thank you.

Here are a few questions:

1. Is your ControlThink the master controller on your network?
2. When you deleted your devices, how did you do it?
3. Have you tried to remove/readd the devices back to your USB stick (using the z-wave include feature)?

Thank you for your support and patience! It is running with all devices again!

Now I just have the problem with the android app, it says to me to purchase the paid version. On iOS is working fine with the free version, I can see all my scenes.

thanks!

I believe you are using the Pro edition of InControl on your pc, right? Are you using the direct connect version of InControl on your Android or are you using the cloud version? The cloud version is the most up to date; the direct connect version is no longer being maintained -- meaning we won't be making any changes to it. The cloud version shouldn't give you that message because it will detect that you are running Pro on your PC.

Yes, I'm using the pro version of InControl. On my android I have downloaded the free version of play store. When I try to see my scenes it returns me "Upgrade to the paid version to get full scene support". I already have uninstalled and installed again but nothing changed.

Now I can see my lights over 3G, already did the setup on my router to port forward and I think it is working. I will confirm it later because now I don't have any cameras to see if it's working. Apparently it is not returning any error on the incontrol app and show if the device is turned on or off.

thank you.

Ah, sorry. I was using the Incontrol Zwave Free. Not the "Incontrol Home Automation Free"

thanks again.
