I am using Aeotec USB Gen 5 and have got few inwall dimmers and also switches configured and working well. I wanted to use InControl for home security as well and got the Aeon Labs Gen5 sensors while the sensors is realized there dont seem be be a simple Away and Home mode - any guides on how best to setup the Home and Away mode so that if there is a motion triggered the alarm is triggered.

As well i am looking to integrate the DHS (http://www.rkmsmarthome.com.au/store/p107/DHS_Z-Wave_%26_RFID_Wall_Scene_Controller.html)  so that i can set a pin to enable and disbale alarm mode

Would appreciate the help

I was going to mention the same method that @wingerco pointed out with the tutorial to do away/home.

As for the wall controller, I suspect it'll work similar to how a hand-held button controller does. I haven't personally tested a unit, but if you have problems, toss us a support ticket and we'll work with you to get it integrated and working.

I will let Ryan answer the question about "Home and Away Modes" but in the mean time there is a tutorial you might be interested in for an alarm system. Here is the link. http://axialcontrol.com/recipes/recipe/2

I use it as my system and it works great. You may be able to integrate all or part of it to create your own system. Hope this helps.
