I have an Aeon Labs controller and version 3.10.4891.19001 on my PC.

I updated the software 2 days ago. Now I can't get anything working. I can't control any device and I can't heal the network. I also can't detect my Aeon stick.

What do I need to do to roll this back to a version that works?

You could try to reboot - often times if a service hasn't been started that will take care of it. If you have, could you email your logfile.txt to support at moonlitzwave.com for analysis?

I tried the reboot option.

Do you want me to email you the logfile?

Thanks for sending the logfile. It reports that "COM20 doesn't exist" - in other words, InControl isn't able to connect to your USB stick. My guess is that it's setup to the wrong com port. Here's how you can manually configure it:

1. Open up your Device Manager.
2. Expands Ports (COM & LPT) section of the Device Manager
3. Look for your USB stick - normally it will be something like "Silicon Labs CP210x USB to UART Bridge (COM4)"
4. Note the com port # at the end. In my case, it's number 4.
5. Open InControl, go to Tools/Options/Z-Wave Controller
6. Make sure the Controller type is set to Com Port
7. Enter the port number you found in step 4 into the com Port box. In my case, since I see "COM4" I'd enter the value of 4.
8. Click Close

If you don't come on right away, toggle the online/offline button and wait a few seconds and you should be set.
