Unable to Activate Pro Version

I have an existing Pro license that I had activated on one PC, but I moved my database over to a new server/NAS and I'm having trouble activating Axial. The activation window just shows a partial progress bar, and then disappears. I don't see anything in the log files.

Is the activation server up?

Yes, it's up. Can you confirm which version of the software you have? Can you also make sure you don't have something blocking Axial Server from communicating with the server (firewall, antivirus, etc.)?

I installed the latest, 4.1.6325.20458.

I did whitelist Axial in Windows Firewall, but I just tried turning the firewall entirely off with no luck.

Nevermind - I exited out of the GUI, stopped the service, then restarted Axial and I was able to activate.

Thanks for reporting that fix. I find it curious though---- did it work because the software required a restart to get past your relaxed firewall rules? Or was it something else? That's more of a rhetorical question...

Which version of Windows is your new computer?

It's actually running on Windows Server 2016, which does come pretty locked down.
