Where to go from here?

Ryan,

Recently had my laptop drive corrupted and moved my Zstick S2 to another computer. Loaded Incontrol Pro Beta 3.7.4875.16015 and installed drivers on the new machine and all seemed to be going fine. I loaded up Incontrol and it seemingly still had all of my devices listed, but upon trying to create a scene I discovered that none of my devices work. I double checked that the Zstick is being found (it is) and everything else looks good from my previous setup. None of my sensors, door lock, switches respond to the program at all.

I'm not really sure where to go from here. Should I delete all devices and just start over (which is going to be a pain because the new computer is not a laptop and cannot be the Schlage door lock to program into Incontrol Pro. Should I work with what I've got?

What is my best route?

UPDATE: After multiple uninstalls and reinstalls, Incontrol can now see most of my sensors, but two are still showing open all the time. Also, the Android app connects to the Cloud but sees no devices. Any ideas beyond just starting over as I mentioned above? I had everything working just fine on my laptop, but everything seems to have been blown to bits...

Does your logfile.txt give you any clue about what's going on about the devices not responding?

As far as your Android seeing no devices, it sounds like InControl on your PC is using a different cloud username than your phone. It might be that you simply need to refresh your login on both ends to get things running smoothly.

With your sensors... are you using the Beta Z-Wave Controller (Tools/options menu) and have you configured your sensors to report extra information to InControl?
