Double switch being identified as a single dimmer

Hi, I have an Aeon Labs In-wall Micro Double Smart Switch, but incontrol is identifying it as a single dimmer meaning that I can only turn both devices on or off together. How can I fix this? Thanks


Hello - I believe that double switch is a multi-channel device, so you'd need to have the Pro edition of the software and then set it up like this.

I'm fairly shre that's where I got it from.. I set it up and then later bought the pro code and entered it in, but it doesn't say 'pro version' at the top as in your screenshot?

Which version are you on? You might try switching to the RC version if you aren't already -- the RC version is actually required to get the multi-channel version working. The latest release is 3.99. If you are already on this version, can you try to activate again using your code and then copy the message that comes up and send it my way?
