I have the same camera and it is working fine from my android phone but only when i am connected to my home's WIFI. I cannot see remotely video using 3G connection. I have to use a different program for this.
Incontrol supports also the following function:

I do have one, In Control picks it up fine, I can see a still but I haven't tested anything else with it.

You should be able to see it using 3G connection, what app are you using. I'm using the IP Cam Viewer lite (free version) from memory. It does require opening ports on your router though.

I am able to see my Foscam Camera using 3G network and the TinyCam Monitor App but this is not feasible through incontrol app (except when on my home's WIFI)
