I have installed some Leviton dimmers and switches that is suppose to support instant status. But when I operate the switches manually rather than through the app, the status on the app doesn't update even if I push refresh.
I show smart poll routing on, but the actual polling wouldn't stay as checked under device properties, is there something I need to do? Thanks

You probably need to associate the switches with your USB stick. When you do this, then manual operation will send the command to the associated device (your USB stick). Here are some detailed instructions.
