Hello

I'm running Incontrol V 3.99.5211.30209 at home, with the paid android app (not sure what version... store does not show it needs update, if that helps).

When I access the UI on my computer at home, I see two IP Cameras, which each showing a separate view.

When I access Incontrol HA on my Android phone, I see two IP Cameras - however when I access the images, both show the same camera view.

For some reasons snapshots generally don't show up right away - they do eventually show up, and each snapshot does show an image from the correct camera. But when I click on either camera, I see the regular image from Camera #1.

So on the screen that shows all the thumbnails, they are identical, but if you look at each one separately, you see the correct images?

When the thumbnails appear, they show the correct snapshot from each camera (most of the time, there is no thumbnail image).

When you click on either camera in the mobile app, you only see the image from Camera #1.

To rephrase: I have two cameras. One is at my front door, and the second is on my side porch. In the mobile app, no matter which one I select, I see the image from my front door.

In trying to resolve another issue, I reset the incontrol database, and re-added everything, including the cameras. The behavior persists.

I did some additional testing:

This works correctly when I am at home - just not when I am using my android device on a remote network.

I setup both cameras (in incontrol) using their local IP addresses.

For camera #1, I use port 80 externally. For camera #2, I use port forwarding from port 81 to port 80 of the internal IP.

I was able to set Incontrol to use port 80 and the internal IP address, and camera #1 works, however there is no way to specify the port for the second camera. I tried x.x.x.x:81 (using my actual external IP address), but it doesn't work.

If I am correct, there just needs to be a way to specify the port for an internal camera in incontrol.

Just to be clear: When I am at home, my Android device is on wifi, which is connected to my home LAN. When I am out, I'm on a 4G connection.

I think maybe the snapshot looked correct only because my phone picked up a snapshot while I was at home. Typically when I am working remotely, I don't see a snapshot.

Also, I tried direct connect. I don't get any snapshots or video feed.

Since the release version of incontrol, this appears to be fixed. Both for snapshots and live video feed.
