Is the Axial server down this morning?

Hi, the cloud service will not connect for me. The login works fine, but the cloud server connection fails. I have tried restarting the server several times, to no avail. the relevant log entries are:

8/26/2016 11:13:11 AM: Cloud: Attempting to connect to cloud server over chanId: b3738...
8/26/2016 11:13:12 AM: Cloud: SocketIo_Error (msg) Error initializing handshake with http://cloud.incontrolha.com:443/ :-: Exception of type 'System.Exception' was thrown. - System.Exception
Exception of type 'System.Exception' was thrown.

Help! My mobile app is dead in the water without this connection!

It's currently down - our host Rackspace is performing some server maintenance. They don't expect it to be down for much longer.
