Hi,

For some reason, Axial keeps showing some phantom devices that I don't have. They are:

1. 2 additional "Controller"s, in addtion to the "USB Stick" that I actually have.

2. 2 additional "StandardSwitch" devices, in addition to the one that I actually have.

3. One "Entry Control" device - I have none of those actually installed.

Even if I delete them, they keep re-appearing. Something is clearly wrong. What should I do?

If they show up, it's because the USB stick thinks they are real devices, so it continues to report this to Axial.  You can follow this guide to get it off the USB stick: http://docs.incontrolha.com/home/remove-a-failed-device

Thanks, that worked. For some of them, I had to first click on the icon that said "failed device" before I could click on "delete failed" successfully. You may want to update the documentation to note this.

Thanks,

-Kal.

I have the same issue. How can I tell which device in Axial server is which device within zentools? The IDs don't match up at all...

The ID shows up in the bottom right hand "details" section when you select the device.

Ok, thanks. I was looking at the IDs on the properties page.
